So if the wage of sin is death, then all are guilty since all die. We are deceived to think that death is just a function of life. Death is a result of sin. In the hope that Jesus was as guilty of sin as mortal man, He was put to death, but since sin had no power over Him, the wage of death could not be applied and Christ rose above death. The "wage" is not applicable.
So, since Christ suffered and died for the sins of the WHOLE world, ALL sins are paid for. It's what I like to call "The Everlasting Warranty". You just need the warranty :)
Once you have it, your sins are forgiven, their penalty paid, the warranty for the non-functioning part is applied and is made new again :)
The repair cost is already taken care of. You are a new creature! No dents, no scratches, no misfire. Not broken! Sinless! The wage of death is not applicable :) You cannot die! The Warranty is in force. This body will die, but you will walk right out of it into the everlasting presence of the Living God!
But O beware....without that warranty, death surely awaits. We all know what happens when we crash the car without insurance. We know what happens when we reject the extended warranty. We pay the price! Let it not be so in your life! The price has been paid. Join with The Savior today. "I [God] give you choices this day, blessings and curses. Life and death. Choose this day Who you will serve. Life or death, blessing or curse. Your life and the lives of your children depend on it." Deuteronomy 30:19
Do you want life? Get the warranty! Pray to Jesus today and ask Him for coverage. Confess to Him that you are broken. His warranty is retroactive and will cover you. Pre-existing conditions accepted :)
There may be some who think they are good. That their ship won't sink..... just wait for it, it's sinking already. You will know soon enough. You will need that warranty.
2 Corinthians 6:2 (NLT) For God says, “At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.” Indeed, the “right time” is now. Today is the day of salvation.
2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Turn away from that arrogance that says "I'm not broken. I will never break." Repent and get the warranty. Choose Christ.
